All solid objects are unseen vibrating energy. Some examples are, radio & T.V. wave’s, x-rays, and microwave’s. Our aura is a multilayered shell that emanates energy from the physical body. It acts like a two way conduit bringing energy in and out of the chakras. Our environment, as well as our own internal thoughts, affect our chakras.
Psychic energy is felt and perceived but not seen with the naked eye. Our aura can sense and detect what’s in our environment. When we feel we aren’t safe, internally we may feel psychic energy trigger the nervous system into fight/flight response. When psychological trauma isn’t worked out and integrated it becomes part of the etheric layer of our aura, known as the pain body. The energy of the etheric layer identifies with the sacrum/sacral chakra.
The mind is an energy station that creates, transmutes, and receives energy. The will of the mind can transcend, change, and transmute energy with intention and focus. Human beings can transmit energy to another human being anywhere on the earth’s plane. An example of this is distant energy healing. Transmuting energy from one mind to another is known as ESP and telepathy.
All human beings have a body of vibrational energy which acts like a template of the physical body, it is known as the etheric template. This layer of our being never changes form, never looses consciousness and can never be destroyed. Selfless spiritual service increases this layer. The etheric template is considered the fifth layer of the aura, and is associated with the throat chakra. This layer holds the blueprint of all that exists on the physical plane. The vibration of the etheric layer has higher and faster frequencies, this layer is where sound creates matter.
All energy, internal and external travels through channels known as meridians and affect our spiritual centers known as the chakras. Our aura reflects psychological states and physical conditions. Physical attributes, health patterns, and personality traits are all mirrored through our energetic system. Overtime, blocked chakras create physical and emotional imbalances that manifest as agitation, depletion, depression, exhaustion, and pain. All are warning signs of physical illness to come, if not corrected.
Sigmund Freud identified three different parts of the mind, based on our level of awareness. The conscious mind, where we are paying attention at the moment. It includes only our current thinking processes and objects of attention, and hence, constitutes a very large part of our current awareness. The preconscious mind which includes what we are aware of, but where we are not paying attention. We can choose to pay attention to these and deliberately bring them into the conscious mind, and the subconscious mind. At the subconscious level, the process and content are out of direct reach of the conscious mind. The subconscious thus thinks and acts independently.
One of Freud’s key findings was that much behavior which creates psychic energy, is driven directly from the subconscious mind. This has the alarming consequence that we are largely unable to control our behavior, and in particular that which we would sometimes prefer to avoid. In short, an individual’s feelings, thoughts, and behaviors are the result of the interaction of the id, the superego, and the ego. This creates psychic energy in the form of conflict, which creates anxiety, which leads to defense mechanisms. The id contains our primitive drives and operates largely according to the pleasure principle, whereby its two main goals are the seeking of pleasure and the avoidance of pain.
Freud viewed the forces on us as a form of psychic energy, with energy from the senses being converted into psychic energy in the personality through a topographic model that takes sensed energy, filters it through various associative metaphors, then passes it through the unconscious and preconscious before it finally reaches the conscious mind.
